TECH-LEADERS FORUM OF INDIA (TELFI) is initiated by the AMAL FOUNDATIONS which is granting the enriched services to the global society over the decade. By the guidance of AMAL Foundations, the TELFI was established on 5th September 2023 for venerating the Teachers Community. TELFI is a prestigious and forward-thinking organization dedicated to fostering innovation, collaboration, and leadership globally. As a platform that unites tech leaders, academicians, engineers, entrepreneurs, technology professionals, policymakers, and innovators. TELFI plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology in India and positioning the country as a global leader in the digital economy.

Activities and Initiatives

TELFI conducts various activities to shape technology policy and foster overall societal development. These include supporting research projects, pilot studies, engineering education, fellowships, scholarships, awards, and other initiatives. Seminars, workshops, and round tables on topics critical to national progress are organized, generating actionable recommendations that inform government and private agencies in policy formulation. 

Tech Leaders Forum of India (TELFI) Overview

Founded on September 5th, 2023, under the umbrella of AMAL Foundations (https://amalfoundationsindia.org), it comprises India’s foremost Engineers, Engineer-Scientists, Tech Leaders, Academicians,Technology Professionals,Policymakers and Innovators from all Engineering disciplines. 

Membership and Recognition

Membership in TELFI is strictly by nomination, with up to 50 Fellows elected annually from academia, research and development, industry, and other sectors. The total number of Fellows is capped at 1000 up to now. The organization recognizes Indian and International for outstanding achievements in engineering through a rigorous peer review process.

TELFI Structure

TELFI operates as a forum, welcoming participation without requiring previous membership or affiliation. Members engage through discussion groups, articles, and submission of queries, fostering a collaborative environment for professional discourse and knowledge exchange.

Objectives and Goals of TELFI

  • Promoting Excellence: Foster a culture of excellence in the field of engineering.
  • Advocacy and Advisory: Provide expert insights to Indian and local governments in collaboration with allied professional bodies on engineering-related matters.
  • Educational Advancement: Support and contribute to the National Policy on Education while showcasing engineering research and development achievements globally.
  • Innovation and Development: Encourage and facilitate inventions, research, and their practical applications for enhancing all sectors of the national economy.
  • Honors and Endowments: Establish and administer professorships, fellowships, scholarships, awards, and other forms of support.
